Permissions

Each realm member is assigned a role that controls what actions they can take. Roles are cumulative: higher roles inherit all permissions from lower ones.

Select a role below to see which permissions it grants. A means the role has that permission; means it does not.

Full control over the realm, including deleting it.

Realm Settings

	Edit Realm	Update the realm's name, description, and general settings.
	Upload Cover Image	Upload or change the realm's cover image.
	Rotate Share Key	Generate a new invite link, invalidating the previous one.
	Manage Members	Invite, remove, and change roles for realm members.
	Delete Realm	Permanently delete the realm and all its content.

Entities

	Create Entity	Add new entities to the compendium.
	Update Entity	Edit any entity, regardless of who created it.
	Delete Entity	Remove any entity from the compendium.
	Merge Entities	Combine duplicate entities into one.
	Reveal Entities	Make hidden entities visible to players.
	Auto-Sync Entity Descriptions	Generate and accept description updates from transcript mentions.

Relationships

	Create Relationship	Add new relationships between entities.
	Update Relationship	Edit any relationship, regardless of who created it.
	Delete Relationship	Remove relationships between entities.
	Reveal Relationships	Make hidden relationships visible to players.

Notes

	Create Note	Create new realm-level notes.
	Manage Any Note	Edit or delete notes created by any member.

Compendium

Import Compendium

Import an exchange file to populate the compendium.

Sessions & Scenes

	Start Session	Start a live session (webcast) in the realm, including via Discord.
	Upload Recording	Upload audio recordings for transcription.
	Update Scene	Rename or modify scenes within a session.
	Delete Session	Permanently delete a session and its recordings.
	Edit Session	Edit a session's summary and manage who can view it.
	Replace Transcription Aliases	Bulk-replace speaker aliases across transcripts.

Edit or delete transcriptions created by any member.
