Realms Sandbox
Transcripts
Transcripts is your session archive. Every word spoken during a session is captured, organized, and made searchable across your entire realm history.
Live transcription
During a session, speech is transcribed in real time. Lines appear in Transcripts as they are captured, attributed to the speaker where the platform can identify them.
Uploaded recordings
Sessions that were not transcribed live can be submitted as audio uploads after the fact. The platform transcribes the recording and adds it to the session archive as if it had been captured live.
Transcripts are organized by session and then by scene within each session. Scenes are generated automatically based on narrative shifts in the session content.
Use the session and scene selectors at the top of the page to navigate to a specific point in your realm history. Selecting a session loads its scenes; selecting a scene jumps to that section of the transcript.
Entity names that appear in transcribed text are automatically linked to their records in the Compendium. Clicking a linked name opens the entity panel without leaving the Transcripts view.
Links are placed automatically during and after transcription. Aliases and misspellings are resolved to the correct entity and displayed with the proper name where a correction is known.
The search panel on the right side of the screen lets you search across all transcripts in the realm. Results show the matching line and its session context. Clicking a result navigates to that line in the transcript.
Press Cmd+F (or Ctrl+F on Windows) to focus the search input from anywhere in the Transcripts view.
The realm creator can edit individual lines of transcription to correct errors or clarify meaning. When editing a line that contains entity links, the platform detects changes to aliases and offers to apply the correction across all matching instances in the realm.
Transcription lines can also be deleted individually by the realm creator.
